"...Then the question would be, as the question often is about philosophy, how to bring reading to an end. And this should be seen as a problem internal to criticism, not a criticism of it from outside. In my experience people worried about reading in, or overinterpretation, or going too far, are, or were, typically afraid of getting started, of reading as such, as if afraid that texts -- like people, like times and places -- meanthings and moreover mean more than you know." Ah... isn't that just perfect? One of my friends recently described this man's oeuvre as a series of Chicken Soup for the Soul like adventures. However, I don't think it goes down as easy. More like steel-cut oats -- without fruit. But that doesn't detract from the warm feeling that it brings to the tummy once it gets down there.
In other news...who am i kidding, there is no other news! Well, I did go to sushi dinner with the sister & co. on friday. Which was delicious. And I am thoroughly convinced that the world needs to go on lexapro.

Hmmm... I don't know
ReplyDeleteI have nightmares now from the lexapro,
but my insomnia and fatigue has sort of went away.
Maybe the doctor that i'm going to next weekend will have some good tips and good alternatives lexapro. If so, i'll let you know.
Anyway, I'm going home this weekend so i'll make sure to get you some bluberrys, and some of moms food if she makes any...oh and soy milk...and your wool sweater? You should definitely call me on Sunday though to remind me of anything, just in case I forget an item.
